Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a skills-based cognitive therapy that’s effective for treating a wide variety of mental health disorders. CBT examines the relationship between behaviors, emotions, and thoughts.

Through CBT, Camden Center’s experienced treatment team helps patients identify, understand, and reframe negative thought patterns that lead to undermining and disordered behaviors.

Patients learn skills and strategies to shift distorted cognitive thoughts toward practicing healthier conceptualizations needed to sustain positive changes for long-term well-being.
